Chocolate Cake with oreo cookie buttercream
My son is a "CARS" movie fanatic. This cake is the reason I even thought about trying to decorate cakes and use fondant. I knew this cake would be challenging but for my little guy I was going to try it. It turned out pretty well considering it was the third cake I had ever done. Logan's reaction when he saw was so worth all the time, effort, and stress of this cake. He loved it!
