Ladybug cake
This was the cake I made for my daughter's 2nd birthday, and I think it is one of my favorites.
I love all the little details on this cake. From the ladybug's face to the gerbera daisies to the little ladybug hanging out on the bottom it all came together so well.

Cherry blossom cake
My mom and my daughter share a birthday and so for the past couple of years she has been overshadowed buy her granddaughter. This year I had to make sure she got a nice cake to recognize her birthday.
I loved the elegance of this cherry blossom design. It seemed to fit her well.

I made these cupcakes for my daughter to take to her friends at daycare on her 2nd birthday.
Of course her favorite part was the fondant leaves and lady bugs. Usually she just eats the frosting but this time she just couldn't get enough of the bugs!
